Seamless from start to finish. The whole trip was very well organized. Jessica was in contact with us ahead of time to confirm all the necessary details and allow us to ask any questions is we had any. The bus pick-up from Hanoi was super comfortable and very well run. Transfer of luggage to the boat was handled for us once we arrived to the dock, making boarding the boat easy and smooth. Our time on the boat was very relaxing and enjoyable. Mr. An’s service and attention to detail during our meals was amazing. All the food was delicious. All activities were very well run and explained very clearly in advance so we always knew what to expect. A really lovely experience overall. Thank you to the whole team at La Regina!
Fantastic experience: visit the bay on an elegant ship, with a huge and very clean room, delicious food and extremely courteous staff. We did both the kayak trip and the trip to the caves on the island, as well as the 20-minute Thai Chi lesson at 6 in the morning and we liked everything! The room’s terrace is also beautiful, from which you can look out to enjoy the view in peace, and the deck where you can enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sunset. Special thanks to Son, Cherry and Jennie: very kind and very good! The only suggestion for improvement: an hour of waiting at the port between when we arrived by bus and when we were embarked on the tender to reach the ship is really too much. They could have let us sleep an extra hour, instead of keeping us for an hour doing nothing.
The staff on the ship was very helpful and always friendly. The food was good, the rooms pretty, everything sparkling clean. The two tours were also great. We didn’t like that there was so much garbage in the water. More must be done here to prevent this. It is best to leave the swimming alone. The water is dirty and certainly not healthy. I got out immediately.
The perfect boat, that’s why I give them 5 stars. PROS: – Great room. – Good organization. – Good food. – Various entertainment on board the boat (cooking and fishing). CONS: – We couldn’t get into the water because there was a lot of waste around, a tremendous pity that this area is no longer protected. – If you wanted activities like Karaoke, bathing in the Jacuzzi, you had to pay separately
