Deposit Requirements: A final booking deposit of 10-20% is required, with the remaining balance due prior to cruise check-in. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, credit card. For credit card and
PayPal transactions, payments will be securely processed through the OnePAY Payment Gateway, partnered with MasterCard, ensuring safe online transactions in Vietnam.
We will resend the booking confirmation details after you complete your reservation on our website to ensure that all services align with your booking

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are valid only when Ha Long Lux Cruises Sales Office receives a written notice.
The cancellation policy will be enforced according to the pricing conditions outlined during the booking confirmation process.
Free cancellations and full refunds are provided in the case of inclement weather such as storms or typhoons, based on government advisories.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

Refund Policy:

Complaints and Claims:

If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Ha Long Bay Lux Cruises, please notify your local tour guide or travel advisor to help prevent similar issues during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email or regular mail in writing within 30 days of the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and supporting evidence should be attached to the letter of claim. Ha Long Bay Lux Cruises will not be liable for any claims made later than 30 days after the completion of your tour.
